Amber sits on a park bench in a pretty Spanish square. She is wearing a beige mini dress, high heels, and dark sunglasses, with her hair up Yes, yes, I know: I’ve worn my hair in exactly the same way almost every day since I’ve been here. In fact, they’ve stopped calling me “Sailor Amber” and are now calling me “Girl With Only One Hairstyle”. It’s one part laziness and one part Holiday Hair, in which the sunshine, different water and travel hairdryer all combine to turn my hair into one lanky and yet frizzy mess: awesome!

As the last few days of the holiday approach, I’ve started to worry, not only about the flight home itself, but about the possibility that th flight home might not happen without another 18-hour delay or something: the news this morning carries the usual stories of airport closures and general chaos back home due to the OMGSNOW. One day we’ll get to take a trip without airport stress at either end of it. One day.

Meanwhile, we can’t get over how lucky we are to be enjoying such beautiful weather still. I think the UK must somehow be sucking up all of the bad weather in the universe right now. Good for us, of course, but kind of sucky for everyone at home.

And now my sunlounger awaits. See you all tomorrow!

I am loving the way you are wearing your hair, very glam.

The weather here is pretty sucky but for once we have barely been affected (at least for the next 24hrs) the rest of the uk is just starting to catch up with what we have had for the past 3 weeks.

See you when you get back x

Great pictures as very usual! 🙂
Weather here in Brussels is also OMGSNOW, and I’m starting to worry A LOT about our flight to Southern Spain…it’s only a week so all i ask for is a safe flight and less stress but that seems like too much to ask for right now when even buses aren’t working properly :S
Enjoy the rest of your hols xxxx

My friend is stuck in London because her flight has been cancelled because of the OMGSNOW! She was supposed to be on a flight to Saskatoon on the 18th, but her flight’s been cancelled until the 23rd I believe.

Enjoy the sunny weather while you can!!

Yours is my favourite blog because:
    a) You update it a lot.
    b) You’re funny, even when there’s a crisis going on.
    c) I have major, deep-rooted dress-envy.

So, thanks! Hope you manage to get home before Chrimble.
